Cande de Leon , a visionary and philanthropist at heart, has spent more than half his life developing specialized knowledge and developing his leadership techniques to create positive results in our society.  He feels his growth spiritually, mentally and physically is dependent on the knowledge, insight and ideas of humanity.   His personal philosophy is to always be surrounded with people that are smarter and better than his strongest qualities. Cande believes in focusing on natural talents rather than natural weaknesses.   He has been married for nearly ten years and has three children.   See Bio.

Rosemary M. de Leon’s   passion is children.   Her loyalty to improving and serving children’s lives is unmatched.   Any person that has known her personally or professionally can testify that she is a role model not just for children but for parents.   Rosemary has risen through a childhood, most people would use as an excuse for failure.   She uses the experience of her youth as a driving  force to make a difference in the lives of children. Rosemary believes by retraining the way parents and guardians view life; the cycle of abuse, neglect and self pity can be replaced with love, responsibility and the gift of courage to live their life's purpose..
